Normally passengers will be on their own getting to A but you can request assistance in advance.

If they are elderly and/or have limited mobility (C gates are a long way from anything) you can request LH's Care Service which is free of charge.

Or you may like to request LH Guide Service. There is a charge but you may decide it's worth paying €75 for a Guide Service in their own language if you would like your parents to have the most memorable experience possible.
