Was check in quick and efficient? Less than 5 mins to wait for an unfriendly agent.

Did you use priority security (if eligible) and if so, was it quick and efficient?
Yes and Yes.

Did you use the Maple Leaf lounge and if so, any feedback in regards to service, food and drinks? Yes. Pasta, cookies, veggies and bags of chips.

Was priority boarding offered (if applicable to your status) and efficient?
Yes and yes, enhanced by the use of two separate jetways, with an agent at the head of the Exec First jetway checking boarding passes.

If there was a delay, did the gate agent provide timely updates? N/A

Onboard - J cabin:
Were the crew professional & well groomed? Yes
If there was a delay, were you provided with timely updates? N/A
Was the IFE activated on the ground? No
Was a pre-departure beverage offered on the ground? Yes
Did crew offer to hang your jacket? Yes
Were newspapers & menus distributed and meal orders taken (Please specify when meal orders were taken - on the ground or in the air)? Yes. Super Elite meal orders were taken on the ground; remaining orders taken in the air.
Did crew offer a hot towel prior to the meal service? Yes.
Approximately how long after take off did it take for the first meal service to be completed? (From takeoff to all items collected) N/A due to reported (but never realized) turbulence that required crew take their seats.
How was the quality of all the meals? Overcooked but passable.
Did the cabin crew continuously top up the beverage of your choice throughout the flight? No. Cabin crew disappeared after dinner service. A trip to the lav revealed no FAs stationed in the mid-cabin galley if I did need anything.

Overall experience/any other comments
IFE did not work so no movie or entertainment. Both reading lights were stuck in the on position so no sleep. Not a Super Elite so did not get first choice of meal. For this I paid for J? Long flight. Friendly crew. One FA, in particular, took pity on my string of misfortune.
