Hi More on the Venice trip questions: there are three of us: we have to get from the airport to Zaccaria stop on the Laguna (very near our hotel, the Londra Palace). We arrive from FRA about 1:20pm
Last time we took the gold line, which is non-stop to Zaccharia: but it left half an hour after the other boats so we sat around waiting and didn't save any time. Alas, it was also foggy so we didnt have a view.

I see the red and blue lines both go where we want: if I buy red line tickets do I have to take a red boat or can I take the next available; the red and blue seem to alternate every 15 min. Not sure how long it will take to pick up bags, walk to the Water Station....

What do experienced FT's think about a water taxi? Expensive, but they would go on our schedule.
