Very difficult in our winter...as you are finding out. At that time of year I'd expect you'd have to book at exactly 330 days out to snag the one or 2 seats they may offer. Other than that, you might have luck booking very short notice ie less than a week before departure if a flight isn't full and more inventory is released. Most likely you'd have to travel mid-week.
