I was not sure how to find the aircraft routing on DL as I don't use them much anymore, but appreciate that info.

While there are delays in PHL today, the heavy delays are almost* entirely either to the South with the big storms, or DeHavilland 8's. I do not know enough about high winds to know if the DH8's have more trouble, but it could indeed be a proactive decision today.
