We once stayed at a Sheraton while there happened to be a cheerleading conference going on and at any given time, dozens of obnoxious and loud little girls were running throughout the halls and screaming. Of course, the parents who were there would not even think that others there in the hotel may prefer not to listen to this all day and evening. They also monopolized the pool, screaming and splashing so that any sane minded adult would not even think of stepping in.

The management made feeble attempts to control the situation, but the best they did do was enforce the curfew, which I think was 10pm.
