AA getting ready to sell W-cabin tickets (premium economy)

International tariffs have been updated withe the following baggage allowance:
Premium Economy class are allowed 2 checked bags, not to exceed maximum outside linear dimensions of 62 in./153 cm. or maximum weight of 50lbs./ 23kgs per bag at no charge.
I am not sure what to make out of it since AA does not operate any aircraft with W-cabins, and the whole baggage allowance on codeshares, as far as tariffs go, is completely murky: there's nothing in the tariff that clearly distinguishes between flights operated by AA vs. those only marketed by AA, with the exception of a blanket statemen that other fees may apply to codeshare flights, and AA tariffs don't point to the ontime adoption of IATA resolution 302 on AA's part).
