The first time that happened to me, I bought an AirTran ticket instead. The second time, I was able to get the original lower price on Delta via Expedia.

I'd always rather fly Delta, but not if it costs me $150+ more (which was almost double the original "low" ticket price). And if the website doesn't work, I am not picking up the phone when I can go to somebody else's website that can sell me what I ultimately want (a plane ride to Atlanta) with no hassle or "turbulence".

(P.S. - Dear Delta, the "We are experiencing turbulence" error message is cute the first time. When it shows up weekly... "cute" becomes annoying, it's like y'all are laughing at your own broken system instead of taking it seriously.)
