So I've been on this horrific flight all day due to Delta's inability to fly, land or pull to the gate on time forcing me to miss 2 possible connections.

They put me in a horrific Quality Inn, complete with itchy blankets, a restaurant thats about a block away and 0 amenities.

For future reference, is there any way I could have offered them money for a hotel upgrade? like could I have gotten the Westin at the hotel if I offered them money? Or complained a lot? Or are all airline quality hotels just as ...... as this?

Also, how do I nag them for a flight upgrade tomorrow? I mean, I don't care that much for an hour and 30 minute flight but it would be a nice consideration.
