Canada is NOT a free country so I'd strike us off your list. You can and will go to jail if you SAY the wrong thing in public. Not to mention a host of other things such as being compelled by law to answer TRUTHFULLY ANY questions posed by RCMP or border officials or face imprisonment. Seriously they can compel you to answer anything it does not need to be related to your declaration at all.
