This flight is frequently delayed due to late aircraft arrival. It is intensely frustrating to leave the MLL to make boarding time only to find no plane at the gate, yet with the departures board and agents in MLL indicating an on-time departure. This usually leads to 20-30 minutes of lost lounge time. In yesterday's case, when I did not have my laptop with me, it meant a half hour of lost productivity without MLL computers. There must be a way to update flight status in a more efficient way.

The water in Y has a strong plastic taste, which may be related to the container it is held in, as international Y service water served right from the Dasani bottle has no such odour. Serving water from large Dasani bottles would be preferred.
