I arrived with two heavy suitcases, the desk told me they didn't have a bellman (at all). When I walked into the elevator however I saw a uniformed guy with a luggage stand. I asked him if he was the bellman, he said yes.
They are also in violation of the free HSIA rule by 2004- they have none and won't offer free local to compensate either. The staff was generally unfriendly and did not offer amenity- had to ask twice. No suites. The room was freezing when I stepped it. There are no more than 3 entrees on the room service menu- could get boring if you're staying for a while.
The shuttle won't pick you up at the terminal so you have to walk around and take Airtrain to some special parking area (P4). Every other hotel shuttle came once or twice before Four Points finally arrived after 30 minutes wait even though I called them.
I have never been to Sheraton EWR but I'm willing to bet it's pretty nice in comparison despite the ban on pajama parties

I like the Hilton too.
For someone looking to save a few dollars the Holiday Inn is a better bet at $69 AND there they offer free hispeed (not just in the ads).
