Just arrived by tube, and had to walk the length of T5 to the CW baggage drops (there were 3/4 deep queues at all the open WT ones) only to find only two open and both busy.

I wanted to go to the North Galleries Lounge, and so I walked the length of T5 both sides of security. Why are there no CW drops opposite the lifts from the Tube? (And if there are CW drops nearby, why did the Customer Assistance person I asked direct me to the other end of the terminal?)

And why were there only two CW drops open, with the girl who dealt with me moaning as she should have started her break?
