Me too. I only dropped to Gold, but I received the new card, but the website says I'm still Diamond. I even called reservations to check on an upcoming stay and they said I was still Diamond as well.

Are they not doing the demotion sweep until sometime later in the month? It would be nice to know when so I could take advantage of the benefits while I still have them.
