Apparently selecting seats can only be done within 90 days of departure. When you access your reservation on THY.com, it should be possible to change your seats within this time frame.

I booked on Expedia, which says "seats assigned at check in". I'm hoping that, within the 90-day window, Expedia will also allow seat selection...if anyone can confirm that please post here!
