Even if your flight is delayed by 45 minutes, you do this connection w/o a hurry. As said as a biz pax you can use priority lanes. From deboarding plane in 2E to the gate in 2D you should not use more than 30 minutes (maybe 5 minutes more if you arrive at the S-gates and have to take the train). From 2E to 2D it's a 10 minutes walk (or 5 minutes run).
