Glad I found this message! This was the first time I booked through Kayak. I got my 2nd of 3 segments upgraded (rather late as a PM I thought) but my 1st and 3rd were showing upgrade eligible but not requested. At 24 hours, I checked in and was asked if I wanted to request the upgrade (odd). After that, I couldn't see the View Upgrade List link in the usual spot. Odd again.

So I called into the medallion line and after some research, the agent said there was a note that the customer declined the upgrade on the 1st and 3rd segments!

She removed that note and I now show upgrade requested and can see the list for the first flight. Still can't see the list for the 3rd but that's over 24 hours away. Unfortunately, I can't see my position yet but it looks a lot more normal than before.

This booking itself was kind of odd. I could find the quite low price on ITA but found the same routing at Delta.com was a higher price.

Decided to check Kayak and it found. Clicking through, it sent me to delta.com where I booked it (strange).

Something in the handoff from from Kayak to Delta or fare coding or???

Anyway, I'm going to watch those Kayak bookings in the future.

Great price to pick up some extra miles on a odd routing but I'm not sure I'll be so happy if I missed my upgrades on the 2 four hour flights.
