Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere, but there are a huge number of threads covering headphones and i couldn't find a definitive answer for BA's policy.
Flying my weekly GLA>LHR last night, as the doors closed I switched off my n/c headphones and hung them round my neck, however the FA insisted they be stowed in the pocket for takeoff as I was in an exit row. I pretty much always sit in the bulkhead or wing exit seat and i've never been asked to do this before. Has there been a change to the rules since last friday night?
