Wow, last time I flew a 767-300 from ORD-LAX-ORD, they didnīt have TVs. I thought they handed you a PTV that wasnīt installed in the seat only on transcons and international service. The NGBC seats that have them are the 75L and 777s, to what I can remember. But the 767-300 with PTVs in J, I just canīt recall having one 3 months ago.

Oopps, saw your edited post, and yes, the Wiki is wrong. In my ORD-LAX-ORD flight, they didnīt even distribute them. But I went to sleep on bed mode, LOL.
