Yes, buy luckily, once it's done, it should be the worst part of the experience!
Although the website is only just so-so, I have found their CSRs to be great,...better than most businesses, in fact. Have placed several calls into the main number, each time getting a different person. They have all given me the answers I needed,...acted professionally,...didn't rush me off the phone,...followed up with emails, etc, etc. I have much more confidence in this bank than many others I deal with, simply based off how they treat their customers over the phone. I just wish I was treated this well when I have to deal with every business out there.
