Shatin is quite some distance (in HK terms) from ferries to Macau (as a quick glance at a map would tell you). Allow about an hour door-to-door from the hotel via the MTR (University to Sheung Wan) to the Macau ferry terminal. Perhaps 3 hours total for hotel to hotel.
