May be a silly question but was trying to apply for the Starwood Amex Credit Card (not Platinum) just standard one and found that not enough room for Canadian postal codes, etc. When I click on link for those from other countries, I don't get anything.

Is it worth going through the hassle or is this a US resident only offer?

Interested as I will be having a number of stays at Starwood properties this year. Also, does anyone know the annual fee on the Starwood Platinum AMEX which does seem to be offered through the Canadian website?
