Lounge Access Policy when traveling with family (Paid Club membership, not *Gold)

I am *Silver, not *Gold. I have a US Airways paid club membership. Reading the Star Alliance "Lounge Access Policy", the following questions are not clear. Does anyone have any experience/definitions to share?
  1. Customer is entitled to one guest
. When accompanied by spouse and two children (under 12) - are they permitted to use the lounge?
  2. Paid Lounge Membership Customers: Eligible Paid Lounge Membership Customers have access to any Star Alliance member carriers' owned Business Class lounges.
. Per the chart, I understand the rule that at SIN the SKL Business class lounge is off limits. But, is the SATS premier lounge in T2 and T3 available?
  3. Per the lounge access chart referenced earlier am I correct that I will have access to the following:
    1. At SFO, International Terminal - the SKL Business class lounge and the UA RCC
    2. At HKG, the SKL Business class lounge (6th floor), TG Royal Orchid Lounge (and the UA RCC but that's of lesser interest).
    3. At ICN, Asiana Business class lounge near gate 42

We will be traveling on same day *A Carriers (a mix of OZ, SQ, TG) in Y.

An email dialog with US Airways Club elicited a stock response with a redirect to the *A lounge finder.
