That's not really the point of being Plat, now, is it? I reserved a Deluxe room and as far as I can tell, that's what I got. Certainly not a suite by any definition.

Isn't the skytrain station directly across from the hotel? Is the bridge really needed?
Yes, it is across from the hotel. 3 storey climb (no escalator, either) which is not much fun when it's hot, humid, or raining...all of which are pretty common in Bangkok. Hotel seems to think it's needed because they are building it.
