This has been and continues to be an issue for all businesses - for example the other day I recieved an email from Kroger, a few days before that I received a similar email from another company (can't remember which - happens too often) - unfortunately it's something I've personally become use to, do I like it? Nope but then the data these companies have for marketing purposes isn't very confidental anyways in my case (not like they couldn't google and find it but MI has had employee data comprimised before - only impacted a small number but I was one of them....was YEARS ago, MI stepped up and paid for monitoring)
