Not quite correct.
Flights within Canada and between Canada and the US booked into a Tango fare class earn zero miles with M&M.
On all other flights Tango fares earn 50% status miles with M&M (while youīd earn 100% status miles with AP when booking a Tango fare on an intīl route, though I havenīt seen an intīl Tango fare in a long time)
