LH M&M has reduced earning booking classes for AC flights:

A, E, G, N & P earn 50% miles (which of course are Tango classes, so M&M awards status miles for Tango fares when AC does not!)

O & R earn 0% miles (which would mean if you upgrade with e-credits to R class and switch at the gate to your M&M card you end up with 0 miles)

No differentiation between international and domestic/transborder flights though.
