The new W can't be too far away, then -- I was at the Sheraton Buckhead just two weeks ago, overlooking the demolition of the old Lenox Inn. It was there when I checked in, and wasn't when I checked out...

The location is going to put it head-to-head with the JW Marriott right across the street -- but, what's curious to me is that it's quite literally next door to the Sheraton Buckhead, a wonderful property. Granted, they'll cater to different groups, and you really can't beat the location, right across from the Lenox Mall and one block from a MARTA station. I'll definitely be torn when it's built, since the staff at the Sheraton Buckhead is fantastic!
