Since I'm still EBG, I'm not sure I'm entitled to answer (since this is an EBP thread), but I would very much like to be recognized as EBG and welcomed aboard, and I know that a lot (almost all..) threads about bad EBG treatment are from customers who haven't received recognition for being an elite member. I think it's fairly safe to say that the vast majority of EBGs on Flyertalk would love recognition from FAs and SAS ground personnel.
I'm very curious as to what has led SAS to believe otherwise?
