Just booked a July GLA-LCY (due to the difficulties now on GLA-LHR) and noticed that all my Silver membership benefits appear still to be in place after expiry of my Silver status (unlikley to be maintained this year) ie seat selection and lounge details. I thought my date for expiry was 1/7/11 and flight is on 4th July. Is it because I booked it whilst currently a silver and then this will no longer be the case on travel. Actual physical silver card says Expires "7/11" - does that mean the end of July ? or will the actual date appear when I sheepishly try for entry at the lounge ?
