Hmmm. I don't use IE, so I'm not that familiar with it. I don't see anything that jumps out to me as wrong. Perhaps someone more familiar with IE can suggest something?
For now, your best bet may be to use another browser to get off the island so to speak. I do the same thing with my Mac. I use Firefox for most things, but keep Safari around just in case something doesn't work. I would suggest using either Firefox or Chrome as a "backup browser" until you figure out what is keeping .bomb from working with IE. Both of these browsers are very popular, and you may discover that you like one more than IE.
At this point, its also worth suggesting you make sure you have run the Windows system update recently. This will make sure you have the latest version of Java installed.
