In order to keep the pax numbers below 150 which would require an additional crew member the ABC seats in the first 5 rows of LGW 737 are permanently set in Club Europe configuration - that is with the B seat squished.

Please note that on UK Domestic the DEF seats are NOT similarly set in CE configuration. Only on European routes would the equivalent DEF seats be expanded.

There have been a few threads on this recently - but obviously aim for an A or C seat in 1 to 5.
