My point is that I have opened a file with Customer Service and as I stated in the original post they are standing behind the fact the the operator who took the reservation NEVER MAKES a mistake. I have asked them to review the tapes and they have said they have deleted the tapes from November when the original reservation was made.

This is a real situation and I am just very frustrated with Starwood and the fact that they really do not care about their Platinum Guests, which I really am.
I am not sure how it matters but the property is Sheraton Steamboat and the rate that I was quoted was $198.00 I don't want to post my arrrival date to a public board but the arrival date is coming up. I am not trying to hide anything ... this is a real situation and I am just sharing my experience of how Starwood is treating me.
