First of all, the quote has to be very fresh, not from last week or even yesterday. I would try contacting a good travel agent, and emailing the quote (with complete fare codes as provided by ITA) to that agent. I am not surprised you couldn't get help over the phone - the person booking the itinerary needs the entire string of codes and not just flight numbers and dates.

ITA has an email button that you should use - don't use a personal email account for this purpose.
