You should call again and see if it was a misinformed person or if they can explain it better. Only plats are given club floor priv. If property gave it to you at a gold at one pt, that could of been then.
For clarification thats std room, club floor room, and room with balcony with prices in that order. Perhaps they are telling you, you can only use the club floor if you are staying on club floor unless u r plat. So if you book a std group and get upgraded to club floor u r good. If you pay for balcony (which cost more than club) you would have to be upgraded(or downgraded) to lower room type to use club
