Not sure what rates are like now, but I always find the Fairfield to be the cheapest in rate or points:

They also have a courtesy shuttle bus which is pretty responsive. Seem to recall pickup at airport or the 7 line for the subway.

Property is decent, not much difference than the airport Marriott. Morning breakfast is very simple, but does include Jimmy Dean biscuits.
