Thank you all very much. Using Internet Explorer (only browser I’ve ever used) Version 8.0.6001.18702.

I’ve just confirmed that the following settings are in place on my computer:

Click ‘Tools’ on the menu bar’
Select ‘Internet Options’
Click the ‘Security’ tab
Click the ‘Custom Level’ button
Scroll to the ‘Scripting’ section
Select ‘Enable’ to enable whichever JavaScript activities you want to work.

Default settings:

Scripting
__Active scripting
____Enable
__Allow Programatic clipboard access
____Prompt
__Allow status bar updates via script
____Disable
__Allow websites to prompt for information using scripted window
____Disable
__Enable XSS filter
____Enable
__Scripting of Java applets
____Enable

In the Advanced tab of ‘Internet Options’, “Use SSL 2.0” and “Use SSL 3.0” are both checked.

Still no joy, gonna keep trying! Thanks again.
