I am booked on a mileage ticket LAX-BKK-HAN in November.

If marginal, is there any known plan to upgrade service that is known?

Thanks!
I would rate that fligth about 50 percentile.

I like the flight because it is only non-stop from the US to Bangkok, a place I like to go. But I would not choose that flight to connect in general.

Seat is angled flat. Entertainment is OK - personal medium sized screen, half decent choice of movies on demand. Food is good, not excellent.

I would redeem on OZ via ICN or NH via NRT if available instead.

Personally, I would also prefer UA provided it was a new configuration plane, because I care more about the seat letting me sleep and in flight entertainment (bigger screen on UA) than service.
