Accidentally found two today for next March only on one day and one way. I jumped on them hoping to find a return later. Then I checked seating and needless to say, the whole plane is empty. I know it is a popular route but it would be really nice to hold at least a minimum of 2 redemption seats in Club on each flight.
Just because the seating doesn't show many (any?) seats booked doesn't mean the flight is empty. It just means that those who've so far booked aren't able to hold seats.
The MLE is a very heavy route for premium cabins and almost always full. Some are on redemption tickets but they're normally booked a year in advance (as you've discovered). Most are on purchased CW tickets.
