When you go to spg.com, log in to your account on the bottom left side of the screen. The screen should refresh and your account should pull up. In the drop down menu underneath the account summary, one of the options should be "Replace Card". Fill out the form if it already isn't completed, and when you click "Continue", a temporary card will appear on the screen that you can print out and use until your permanent card comes.
