They (U.S. Airways) did and it ended . . . yesterday. U.S. Airways has run this several times, you can get 100k miles for about $1450. You'd need 120k miles to get business to India on *A, so I guess you could buy the extra 20k (but with no bonus) for another few hundred bucks.
