I think it's after 7pm. My host in Japan said he checked and there were no flights out that night from NRT only the next day. I am going to try to contact Singapore Airlines and see if they will refund my ticket to NRT so I can buy one to FUK through Asiana - they have a good connection. Singapore's only connection involves two overnights and 48 hours total travel on the outbound.
It also involves flying all the way to Singapore and an overnight in NRT. They are offering to waive fees etc for travel through May 8 but I will ask them for this one in June because the entire conference has been relocated to another venue I can not change that. I have a cheaper biz fare ticket.
