On the flip side, as I was getting on a commuter train in Canada yesterday, the train opened the automatic doors while the train was still slowly rolling, stopped, people started getting on, it started rolling again - it happens every now and then, luckily never seen anyone hurt because of it, but it is downright dangerous.
