I spent $950 on incidentals during an award stay at Princeville recently, and as platinum received about 2,000 points. When I add it up, the only thing I can figure is that they backed out all the tips, about $290 worth of them (it was NYE so we were tipping big), in calcuating how many SPG points I received. Is this by the book?
