Thank you PremEx and AZ. Now I don't feel like I am being a whiner. We were crazy about this place when we went there last year, however, this time with the peeling ceiling paint (a lot of it) on the lanai and the edges of the lanai's falling apart along with the bed issue and other service issues that I won't get into here, we just couldn't justify this as a luxury collection property. We would go back if they fixed up these things. We couldn't even get our folio from the video checkout and there is no computer connections in the rooms. It's such a shame because this is a beautiful property.
