Soft goods are things such as pillows, blankets, bedcover, bedskirt, etc. I did notice that they had new throw pillows on the bed, but honest to God it seemed nothing else changed since my visit last year.

I am beginning to feel like a heal for not caring for the property this last time. Everyone else seemed to like it. We noticed the new padded chairs by the pool, the new hammocks and new plantings since last year. I still say they have the worst beds in the luxury collection, but they also have the best glycerin soap I have ever smelled.
