I also stayed there on a award stay at the beginning of august. Got upgraded to room 803, a deluxe Ocean view room. Received fruits, champagne, cheese platters every day as a Platinum appreciation.

Liked : grandiose lobby, great beach and snorkeling, great sushi at Samsei, the hammocks to watch the sunset, very good service, very nice Platinum recognition.

Didn't like ; too stuffy, older crowd, far from everything, not too many options in restaurants, hotel food overpriced, way way overpriced, too windy, too many frogs !!!
