Just came back from a 5-night award stay from 8/19/03 - 8/24/03.

As a Platinum, received an upgrade to a deluxe ocean view king at check-in. Reviewing my reservations online two days before and calling one day ahead yielded nothing as the front desk kept insisting no upgrades available. Basically it was a welcome and well-appreciated surprise.

Every night, received complimentary snacks such as fresh island fruit, cookies and brownies, cheese and crackers, vegetables + dip, and can't remember the last one.

Service was excellent. It's nice when most of the staff know your name by the 2nd day.
