Hi all - yes, there was a technical problem with NBC. A fix is in-work to correct the issue and it is a priority.

As mentioned in this thread, ABC will not provide airborne rights to any airline / IFE provider. Also, PBS and a few other channel requests, along with some upgrades including a couple of great ideas from members in this forum, are still being investigated.
