There's only one lounge shared by all SkyTeam carriers at T4 and it's inside the terminal next to Starbucks. I want to say it's next to gate 10 but don't hold me to that #. You can't miss it and it's well signed.
On a separate note...this whole idea of being allowed to do a connection at T4 without going through immigration but allowed to mingle with the rest of the people in T4 is odd to me. What happens in an emergency and the terminal has to evacuate? Suddenly the person who was on an international connection and doesn't have a stamp in their passport is "illegal". I know chances are slim but it is possible.

While I have never been to London, I would have to equate this to the likings of how NRT is set up and have often wondered the same thing. I would assume they have a contingency plan if an emergency would arise. Perhaps a holding pen in a separate building accessed only by way of leaving the terminal. Just a thought?
